Clearing Your Criminal Record

Attorney Tylden Shaeffer goes over two procedures to clean up your criminal record.

If you want to clean up your criminal record in the state of Texas there are two procedures you can use. The first and the better procedure is the expunction process. This is a process in which you can erase your entire criminal history. The second procedure is a petition for non disclosure. This is what I would call a sealing procedure. It does not erase your criminal history but it seals or masks it from most employers. They're many exceptions to this statute however.

If you are interested in cleaning up your criminal history, give me a call. I have a lot of experience in this area an a lot of knowledge. You may be surprised at how often you are able to do this and you had no idea you were eligible for that. Give me a call and I can help consult you on this matter and see if you are indeed eligible for one of these procedures.
