You have the right in Texas to refuse any field sobriety test. You also have the right to refuse and questions asked of you by the police officer. And you also have the right to refuse to give a breath sample to the officer or a blood sample if asked. If you refuse to give a breathe sample or blood sample if asked, your license may be suspended. Keep in mind also, if you refuse any questions or if you refuse to perform a field sobriety test that fact may also be used against you in your criminal court.
